How does it work?
Twelve weekly sessions 45-120 minutes in duration (according to client need and budget):
Sessions 1–2: Discuss your challenges, needs, and desired results. Determine if there is a good fit between us. Establish the coaching priorities and plan of action.
Sessions 3–10: Step-by-step guidance and hand-holding through your specific action plan until you reach your desired results.
Session 11: Review progress and summarize learning.
Session 12: Develop maintenance plan for long-term retention of new habits.
